1. Who these terms apply to and what they cover

These Terms of Use apply between the operator and registered users to the website, accounts, games, connections and other features currently offered by Play2Bond.

Public pages may be visited without an account. Individual features may have additional rules that are shown transparently in advance.

2. Who may use Play2Bond

Registration currently requires confirmation that you are at least 18. When a profile is created, the self-declared date of birth is also checked against a minimum age of 18.

Play2Bond does not currently perform general identity, ID-document or technical age verification. By registering, you confirm that your age information is correct.

3. Registration and user account

Your account is personal. Information must be truthful and current. Do not allow another person to use it on your behalf.

• Protect your password and do not share your credentials.
• Do not sell, rent or transfer your account.
• Tell us as soon as reasonably possible if you suspect unauthorised access, once the binding contact channel is available.
• Administrator and development accounts may be subject to separate internal rules.

Some social features require confirmation of the email address associated with the account. This only confirms access to that address and is not an identity check.

4. Profile and search information

Your display name and profile information must not be misleading, offensive or impersonate another person. Do not use profile fields for unsolicited advertising or contact details where they are not intended.

Search preferences support rule-based matching but do not create a right to particular suggestions. A suggestion is neither a verified compatibility assessment nor a guarantee that a connection will happen.

You can pause your profile and resume it later. While paused, it should not be considered for new connections.

5. Purpose of the platform

Play2Bond is a platform for shared games and social connections.

These may lead to gaming contacts, friendships, conversations or romantic connections. Play2Bond does not guarantee a particular relationship, compatibility or dating success.

A shared game creates no right to messages, further games, private information or an in-person meeting.

6. Games and game modes

Individual games have different rules, goals and available modes. Rules shown with a game also apply to that session.

Solo

Some games can be played alone and without a computer opponent.

AI Practice

Computer opponents are clearly identified. They currently use programmed local strategies rather than external generative AI.

Human encounter

Depending on the game, you play cooperatively, in turns or comparatively with another person.

Development environment

Sandbox and diagnostic scenarios are not production game offerings.

Randomness, seeds and technical processes may affect results. A complete or error-free session cannot be guaranteed in every case.

Play2Bond currently offers no betting, gambling, real-world prizes or cash winnings.

7. Fair play and technical rules

Use games and technical features only as intended. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• manipulating game state, matching, scores or results
• bots, automated input or scraping without permission
• exploiting vulnerabilities or bypassing access restrictions
• deliberate overload, malware or unauthorised testing of production systems
• accessing another person's account, session or data
• reverse engineering to the extent it may lawfully be restricted

Mandatory rights to analysis, interoperability and other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.

8. Respectful interactions

Respect a no, the end of an interaction and a person's wish for no further contact. The following are prohibited in particular:

• insults, threats, intimidation or deliberate humiliation
• discrimination, sexual harassment or unwanted sexual content
• stalking or repeated contact after rejection
• doxxing or publishing private communications
• fraud, extortion, spam, advertising or chain messages
• facilitating unlawful activity

9. Prohibited use of Play2Bond

Play2Bond must not be used for:

• unlawful acts, fraud or deliberate deception
• commercial advertising or political mass campaigns without consent
• recruitment for extremist or violent groups
• sexual exploitation or inappropriate contact with minors
• trading illegal goods or services
• gambling or wagering money through the platform
• publishing another person's data or distributing malware
• evading restrictions or using multiple accounts to deceive or harass

10. Content and communication

You may only use information and content you are entitled to use and that does not infringe the rights of others. You generally retain your rights in your own content.

Where you provide your own content, you permit us only to store, process and display it to the intended users as technically necessary for the relevant feature.

The current product has profile information and avatar selection, but no chat, messaging, image or file-upload feature. What Would You Do? uses only predefined answers.

Chat and messages

Personal chat requires the active consent of both people. Consent can be declined or withdrawn. There is no entitlement to a chat connection, and closing a chat requires renewed mutual consent before it can be reopened.

If you report a message, the specifically selected message may be reviewed by authorized moderators. Messages are not permanently archived for general inspection. Play2Bond is not an emergency service.

• Communicate respectfully and accept when someone ends a conversation.
• Do not circumvent blocks or repeatedly send unwanted requests.
• Harassment, threats, fraud, unsolicited advertising, and prohibited content are not permitted.
• Use blocking and reporting tools for safety concerns and local emergency services in urgent danger.

Voluntary game invitations

Game invitations are voluntary. There is no entitlement to acceptance, a contact, or a chat. A rejection or no response must be respected.

Repeated unwanted invitations and invitation spam are prohibited and may be blocked or reported using the available safety features.

11. Rights in the platform

Play2Bond's software, design, logos, text, specific game implementations and assets are legally protected. You receive only the right to use them within the platform; ownership is not transferred.

Statutory exceptions, private screenshots and ordinary reporting remain unaffected. We do not claim exclusive ownership of general game ideas or mechanics.

12. Blocking, reporting and support

Reporting and blocking are safety functions. Reports must not be knowingly false, abusive, or intended to harm another person.

A report is reviewed and does not automatically lead to a sanction. Play2Bond may investigate information and take appropriate measures without disclosing internal review details.

13. Measures for rule violations

Where there are concrete indications of a breach, danger or misuse, a profile may be paused or an account locked. Serious or urgent cases may require an immediate lock.

An appropriate measure depends on the nature, severity, frequency and impact. Legal duties, including evidence preservation or notifying authorities, remain unaffected.

A complete moderation, notification, complaint and appeal process has not yet been implemented.

14. Pausing, ending and deleting an account

You can pause your profile and resume it later when you temporarily do not want to be considered for new connections.

Complete self-service account deletion is not currently available. The administration area has a technical deletion-preparation step, but there is no final public deletion process.

A real contact and deletion process, together with rules for termination, locks and appeals, must be established before production release. Statutory erasure rights remain unaffected.

15. Availability and changes to the platform

We aim to provide Play2Bond reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security updates, incidents or external infrastructure may temporarily affect use.

Features may be developed, replaced or discontinued for objective reasons. We take users' legitimate interests into account.

Material adverse changes will be communicated appropriately. Any required termination, objection or consent process must be legally and technically defined before use.

16. Costs and future paid features

The features currently offered in the repository are free. There are no subscriptions, virtual goods or integrated payments.

Future paid features may arise only after clear price information and an explicit order. These terms do not bind you to future prices.

Payment, duration, termination and withdrawal terms will be defined only when a concrete payment model exists.

17. Links and external services

Public information pages may link to official external websites. Their respective operators are generally responsible for their content and privacy practices.

This does not create a blanket exclusion of responsibility for deliberately selected or evidently unlawful links.

18. Responsibility and liability

The statutory liability rules apply.

Play2Bond technically facilitates games and connections. Profile information is not generally verified for completeness or accuracy, and no particular relationship or compatibility is guaranteed.

Users decide for themselves whether to continue contacts or meet in person. Play2Bond is not an emergency, advisory, identity-verification or monitoring service.

Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory product liability and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded is not restricted.

20. Applicable law and disputes

The choice of law and approach to disputes have not yet been finalised. No exclusive consumer venue is designated.

A choice of law must not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection in the country of your habitual residence. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not linked because it has been discontinued.

21. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated where Play2Bond, legal requirements or the offered features change materially.

We will provide appropriate notice of material changes before they take effect.

If fresh consent is required, a separate process will be needed. Continued use is not treated as consent in every case.

Invalid provisions

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Statutory rules apply in place of the invalid provision.
